Registration Desk

The registration desk ist situated in the hall just in front of the Aula Magna.

Opening hours:

    Mon 22.08.        15:00 - 19:00
    Tue 23.08.         08:00 - 18:00
    Wed 24.08.        08:00 - 18:00
    Thu 25.08.        08:00 - 12:00

All participants please report at the registration desk before visiting any session. You will receive your name badge, conference program, and can pay the conference fee.

Important: Without badge entry to the lecture rooms will be refused.

We recommend to register already on Monday afternoon, if possible. So you will avoid any delay on Tuesday and may proceed directly to the talks.

Lecture rooms

All rooms are equipped with projectors (multimedia and transparencies). Please bring your own laptop and, if need be, adapter, USB-key/CD.

Poster Session

The postersession will take place on Tuesday evening and during lunchbreak on Wednesday. Please bring your own fixing material (drawing-pins, adhesive tape). The poster boards are numbered according to the program, so every participant will find "his" board easily. All posters are expected to be presented on both days.

Coffee Breaks and Lunch

The coffee breaks, apéro (Tuesday evening) and the lunch buffet on Wednesday will take place near the posters and exhibition. Those items are covered by the conference fee.
The restaurants on campus or in the nearby city are at your disposal for lunch.

Conference Dinner

The dinner will take place on Wednesday after the parallel sessions. The fee is CHF 65.- per person (including transfer, meal and drinks). Please register in any case in advance so we can plan accordingly. A registration on site is not possible !
