The registration desk ist situated in the entry hall of the building HPH just at the main entry.

Thursday June 21 08:00 - 18:00
Friday June 22 08:00 - 15:00
All participants please report at the registration desk before visiting any session. You will receive your name badge, conference program, and can pay the conference fee.
Important: Without badge entry to the lecture rooms will be refused.
We recommend to register already on Wednesday afternoon, if possible. So you will avoid any delay on Thursday and may proceed directly to the talks.
Attention: The registration desk does not provide any technical or office material. Each participant is responsible for his equipment (laptop, laserpointer, adapter, scissors, drawing-pins, tranparency foils etc.) !
All rooms are equipped with beamer and transparencies projector. Please bring your own laptop and, if need be, adapter, USB-key/CD.
The postersession will take place on Thursday evening and during lunchbreak on Friday. Please bring your own fixing material (drawing-pins, adhesive tape). The poster boards are numbered according to the program, so every participant will find "his" board easily. All posters are expected to be presented on both days.
Maximum poster size: A0 portrait
The coffee breaks, the apéro accompagnying the poster session on Thursday evening and the lunchbuffet on Friday will take place in the entry hall of HPH near the posters and exhibition. Those items are covered by the conference fee.
On Thursday you can use one of the restaurants on the Hönggerberg campus for lunch.
The grillparty will take place on Thursday after the postersession. The fee is CHF 90.- per person (including food and drinks). Please register in any case in advance so we can plan accordingly. A registration on site is not possible !
