The registration desk ist situated in the "Lichthof" hall, next to the hallway to the mensa, facing the lecture room G 30.

All participants please report at the registration desk before visiting any session. You will receive your name badge, conference program, and can pay the conference fee.
Important: Without badge entry to the lecture rooms will be refused.
We recommend to register on Monday afternoon, if possible. This way you avoid waiting times on Tuesday.
All rooms are equipped with projectors (multimedia) and MacOS computers. It is also possible to connect your own laptop. If need be, bring adapter and USB-key/CD.
The postersession will take place in the "Lichthof" hall on Wednesday evening and on Thursday during lunch break. Please bring your own fixing material (drawing-pins). The poster boards are numbered according to the program, so every participant will find "his" board easily. All posters are expected to be presented on both days.
Maximum poster size: A0 portrait
Coffee breaks, apéro and the lunch buffet on Thursday will take place near the posters and exhibition. Those items are covered by the conference fee.
On the other days the campus mensa or nearby restaurants are at your disposal for lunch.
The dinner will take place on Thursday after the parallel sessions in the "Zunfthaus zur Meisen". The fee is CHF 80.- per person (including apéro, 3-course meal and drinks). The number of participants is limited. Please register in any case in advance so we can plan accordingly. A registration on site is not possible !
During the whole conference WLAN access via the "eduroam" network is available for the participants. Persons without access to eduroam may apply for a special conference account upon registration. Further information is available in the registration module.
