Registration Desk
The registration desk ist situated in the entrance hall of the Centre Est on the 1st floor.
Opening hours:
Tue 28.08. 13:00 - 18:00
Wed 29.08. - Thu 30.08. 08:00 - 18:00
Fri 31.08. 08:00 - 11:30
All participants please report at the registration desk before visiting any session. You will receive your name badge, conference program, and can pay the conference fee.
Important: Without badge entry to the lecture rooms will be refused.
We recommend to register early on Tuesday afternoon, if possible.
Lecture rooms
All rooms are equipped with projectors (multimedia). Please bring your own laptop and, if need be, adapter, USB-key/CD.
Poster Session
The postersession will take place in the hall and the "Salle Polyvalente" on Wednesday evening and on Thursday during lunch break. Please bring your own fixing material (drawing-pins, adhesive tape). The poster boards are numbered according to the program, so every participant will find "his" board easily. All posters are expected to be presented on both days.

Coffee Breaks and Lunch
Coffee breaks, apéro and the lunch buffet on Thursday will take place near the posters and exhibition. Those items are covered by the conference fee.
On the other days the restaurants on the EPFL campus are at your disposal for lunch.
Conference Dinner
The dinner will take place on Thursday after the parallel sessions in the "Casino Morges". The fee is CHF 80.- per person (including bus transfer, apéro, 3-course meal and drinks). Please register in any case in advance so we can plan accordingly. A registration on site is not possible !
